Founder | Principal

Brant Reid has over has over 30 years of real estate development experience in the retail sector. Prior to co-founding 6ixthDegree Development, Brant was principal of his own company BTS Development for 17 years developing for clients such as Starbucks, Walgreens, Arby's, Shoe Show, Tractor Supply, Advance and O'Reilly Autoparts. He also held positions in site selection, location capture and entitlement for Beckett Development, Autozone, Family Dollar, Advance Autoparts and as director of real estate for Hastings Books, Music and Video until they went public. Reid attended West Texas State University graduating with a BA in Business Finance.

Margaret Ziedin has over 16 years of sales, management and marketing in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to co-founding 6ixthDegree Development, Margaret was Regional Director at Arcadia Management Group and  General Manager at Urban Retail Properties, previously she held sales and leasing positions with  Commerce TNP, Cushman and Wakefield, Burnham and RMI Investment Services.

Margaret has a Dip.Intl.Trd.Mgt. from The School of International Business in Sydney and attended University of Technology Sydney for her MBA.
